Freedom of Information Request – Status of Land Outside 106 Court Road, Newton Ferrers
Please provide any evidence and all documents that:
a) Provide an explanation, and
b) Provide proof of how and when the status of the land found directly outside the property known as:
Sunset – 106 Court Road, Newton Ferrers, Plymouth
(including the verges and the entrance to the driveway) was changed from being Highways Maintainable at Public Expense.
This should include, but not be limited to, any documentation, correspondence, or legal orders referring to:
Section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and/or
Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 as well as any other relevant statutory provisions or council decisions that relate to the reclassification or stopping up of this section of highway.
If the status of this land has not changed, or if the land is still considered Highway Maintainable at Public Expense, please confirm this in writing.
