Secondary School Admissions

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act to request the following information on each secondary school in your borough:

– School Name
– Local Authority Establishment Number (LAESTAB)
– Unique Reference Number (URN)
– The number of children admitted under a distance criterion for year 7 entry
– The distance of the furthest child admitted under a distance criterion for year 7 entry

I would like this information for the school years 2013/14 through to 2014/15.

Please note:

  • Colyton Grammar School prioritises places on children passing the 11+ and therefore distance is not a criterion used to determine the offer of place, similarly, St Peter’s Prioritise faith.
  • Devon County Council only uses the DfE unique identifier for schools.
