Please can you provide the catering company contracted to provide school lunches by each state school in Devon.
Compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time. We do not hold lists of suppliers to Devon County Council (DCC) schools and we are directly contracted to individual schools. To gain this information, we would have to contact 364 primary schools and 105 secondary schools to find out which supplier they had so that’s 469 schools which at five minutes each to check is 39 hours in total.
