S106 Payments

I am enquiring into S106 payments that were made between 1st June 2016 and 31st May 2020, please can you send the following information:

1. Planning permission reference number for each payment

2. Date of money received

3. The balance of unspent money

4. The total money allocated

5. The total money spent.

Compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time

Devon County Council believes compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time. Across all relevant departments we believe there are an average of 60 S106 agreements per year. It would take a minimum of 60 minutes per agreement to locate, identify and extract the data for the 4 years requested which would be 240 hours work.
