I am enquiring into S106 payments that were made between 1st June 2016 and 31st May 2020, please can you send the following information:
1. Planning permission reference number for each payment
2. Date of money received
3. The balance of unspent money
4. The total money allocated
5. The total money spent.

It would take a minimum of 60 minutes per agreement to locate, identify and extract the data for the 4 years requested which would be 240 hours work.
