1. A condition of approval by Cabinet  was “The design of these bus stops across the bi-directional cycleway is being discussed with groups representing disabled users as part of the final detailed design.” Please provide a copy of the record of those discussions with disabled representatives

A further condition was that “the Director of Climate Change, Environment and Transport in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Highway Management and Local Member be given delegated power to approve minor changes to the scheme.” Please provide a copy of the record of the consultation arising from the discussions with disabled groups regarding bus stops.
