1) Please provide data showing the current levels of cyclists using Rifford Road.
There are currently 256 cyclists counted on a single representative day during 12 hours (7am – 7pm, two-way direction) on Rifford Road.
This is from a count taken at the junction of Rifford Road, Burnthouse Lane, Ludwell Lane, and Coronation Road.
2) Please advise what monitoring you will be doing post implementation in order to ensure tax payers are getting value for money.
When the scheme is complete, regular counts will be undertaken on Rifford Road to monitor levels of cyclists.
