Resurfacing of the B3362

I request that DCC provide certification from an accredited laboratory that road planning waste (waste code 170302) generated during the resurfacing of the B3362 from Milton Abbot to Tuell Down (works carried out between 3 and 7 Jul 23 under the superintendence of James Anderson) and dumped within the curtilage of Tuzzies Barn Tuell Down Milton Abbot PL190PU has a coal tar content not exceeding 0.1 % in accordance with the Environment Agency Regulatory Position Statement (RPS) 075

A sample was not provided to our materials laboratory a coal tar % cannot therefore be provided. We therefore do not hold this information.

We can, however, confirm that as a negative PAK Marker test was returned, further analysis was not requested from our materials laboratory. To clarify, Pak Marker is specially developed to detect Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon among tar in asphalt products.
