There are 4 properties in zone G that have entitlement to 1 extra permit (total of 3 permits per household) and 1 property that has entitlement to 2 extra permits (total of 4 permits per household). These households are in Powderham Cresent and a further road. We are withholding the name of this road as to provide this information may identify the permit holders. This would risk a disclosure of their personal information and would be a breach of the first data protection principle. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
