In response to questions 3 and 4, we do not hold a central record of this information. To obtain this information would therefore require a manual review of the orders referred to in the response to question 1 which total 297. Allowing for 10 minutes per file, this would therefore take almost 50 hours. This is in excess of the appropriate time limit ad we are therefore not obliged to provide this information pursuant to section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Under the Act, there is a duty to provide advice and assistance as to how a request can be refined to fit within the appropriate limit. Unfortunately, this is not possible for this request.
