The number of reported incidents of:
* rape in schools
* upskirting in schools
* sexual assault in schools
During the academic years 2018/19 to 2022/23 broken down by each academic year.
We do not hold a central record of this information and we would therefore have to manual review each reported incident of bullying and harassment to establish if it met with the criteria of this request. For example, in the academic year 2022/2023, 1079 incidents of bullying, prejudice and racism were reported by schools. To manually review these reports for the years requested would therefore take longer than the appropriate time limit of 18 hours. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
