Did Devon County Council Highways, or any other department, pay for the re-surfacing of part of the road leading to Berry Pomeroy Castle which is on the estate of the Duke of Somerset?
The length of public highway from Berry Castle Lodge for approximately 240m towards Castle Mill Farm was resurfaced in June 2023 by the County Council.
