Each offence recorded under the Public Spaces Protection Order since it was enacted, including the date, the reason, the ethnicity of the offender and the nationality of the offender. Please provide this data in an Excel spreadsheet.
A list of the types of PSPO currently active at the council, as well as any under consideration.
If the council is using private contractors to enforce PSPOs – stating the company and relevant PSPO, as well as whether there is a financial incentive to issue fines.
