I write to enquire what steps Devon County Council has taken following the Public Law Working Group (PLWG)’s recommendations earlier this year?
We follow Best Practice Guidance and ensure there is a Supervision Support Plan for all relevant children. We are reviewing the PLWG recommendations and guidance regarding any changes that need to be put into place.
