Technical assessments, notes, correspondence and meeting minutes relating to the proposed increase in speed limit on Exwick Road Exeter including but not limited to:
-The assessment which demonstrates a reduction in congestion
-The design risk assessment for the works and the considerations made of the increase in road harm
-The original request for the scheme, the initial assessment of it’s feasibility and the decision to take it forwards
-Any further information relating to the basis of the claims by Cllr Stuart Hughes that congestion will be reduced
