1) All details of the objections to the proposed residents parking scheme in Exmouth
2) How these were recorded, represented and reviewed at meetings discussing the introduction of the scheme.

The 2020 report covers the informal consultation and the 2022 report covers the statutory consultation.
3) Which councillors voted for and against the introduction of the scheme.
The voting at the two HATOCs were as follows.
At the 4 December 2020 (Item 88) HATOC the minutes state the report “It was MOVED by Councillor Trail, SECONDED by Councillor Scott”
At the 9 December 2022 (Item 39) HATOC the minutes state the report “It was MOVED by Councillor R Scott, SECONDED by Councillor C Channon”
