We would not be able to obtain this information without reviewing a list of children from our Youth Offenders Team and then comparing this against each child identified through Admissions/Inclusion Officers. We would need to identify each child where there has been an exclusion and then contact every school in Devon to seek greater clarity about the context of the incident. The information about the context of the incident is not held by Devon County Council but is held by each individual school.
