3. Which Devon roads are currently listed as being in need of resurfacing by the council due to potholes?

We do not hold a central record of this information.  We can confirm the following information on researching:

A roads length of scheme = 100 metres, pothole cluster interval = 5 and minimum cluster count = 2. This brings up 196 schemes
B roads length of scheme = 200 metres, pothole cluster interval = 5 and minimum cluster count = 2. This brings up 155 schemes
C roads length of scheme = 200 metres, pothole cluster interval = 5 and minimum cluster count = 2. This brings up 1,535 schemes
U/C roads length of scheme = 100 metres, pothole cluster interval = 5 and minimum cluster count = 2. This brings up 2,821 schemes

To extract from this where these schemes are in Devon would take further analysis and a review of each of these individual schemes, which totals 4,707.  This would be manifestly unreasonable and the public interest served by this information does not outweigh the maintaining the exception.  This information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to Part 12(5) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004
