2. How much you pay for this annually
£43,954 over financial year 2023/24 and last year we paid £41,861. These costs cover maintenance charges for individual modules, user licenses etc.
3. Length of the contract
We work on a rolling 12-month maintenance agreement that is based on DFE’s Devon specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) and standard business terms and conditions.
4. When the contract is due to finish
Not applicable. Please refer to the answer to question 3.
