Could you please tell me the date of receipt of the monies were paid to you from the S106 Agreement and the date you spent the monies.
How much is left of the money?
Devon County Council (DCC) can confirm that £61,722 was paid to DCC on 29/06/2006. It was spent in full on 08/05/2012.
There are currently no outstanding funds banked with regards to the S106 education contribution signed into agreement 8460/2006/OKE on 13/04/2006.
