I wish to see copies of all communications between the period 01-Sept-2020 and 24-Nov-2020 between DCC Planning Department and the applicants and/or their agent pertaining to the Site Visit on 04-Nov-2020 related to Planning Application DCC/4101/2018.
The records of this communication to include copies of all letters, faxes, and emails exchanged, and the statutory required notes taken at any face-to-face meeting, as well as during all audio and audio/video conversations, either by telephone or via the internet.
I would also like to see a copy of any Briefing Documents prepared for the Site Visit, and the distribution list of the people to whom it was provided.
