- The date of the cost award decision
- The date of the appeal decision letter
- Whether the amount of the cost award has been determined
- Amount of sum negotiated between the applicant and council for cost award
- Whether or not the subject of appeal was made against officer recommendation
- PINS case reference number
Devon County Council is only responsible for planning applications in relation to minerals and waste development and there have been no awards of costs either for or against the Council.
