I would like to request the following information related to the council’s Pension Fund:
1. A copy of the pension fund’s annual report for the years 2002-2003, 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and 2008-2009.

2. Any valuation reports you might hold for the same period.
The most recent Valuation Report is available at the following link Important documents – Devon Pension Fund . These are reports based on the Triennial Valuation, so there would be one every three years. The valuation reports for other years can be found here:

The Council cannot disclose personal information if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the UK General Data Protection Regulation. In this instance release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore the information is withheld.
