This is a formal request for the data obtained to increase the 50mph speed limit on the A380 at Penn Inn. I would like the data for the reasoning behind this to show how it will reduce crashes because so far it is not being successful.
The Teignbridge Highways and Traffic Orders Committee (HaTOC) meeting of 15th November 2018 report and minutes provide the rationale for and approval of the extension of the 50 mph limit to the North of Penn Inn.
Those minutes reference a previous HaTOC meeting on 26th July 2018 and a Cabinet meeting on 12th September 2018.
