Only transport operators who are registered and approved on our Provision of Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) are invited to tender for contracts. Unless an end date is specified at the outset, contracts are awarded on an ongoing basis and will continue until either Devon County Council or the contractor gives notice.
