N/A – not enforced by the Council.

N/A – not enforced

N/A – no red routes
f) Moving traffic offences (e.g. banned turns, no entry violations)
Please see the data on this spreadsheet for 2025. Please note moving traffic offences were not enforced prior to this therefore there is no data held for 2024.

Parked in a restricted street was the most common fine type for every month.
4) Age groups
Where data is held, the number of fines issued during each period to drivers in the following age groups:
Under 25 years old
25–64 years old
65 years old and over
This information is not held by Devon County Council.
5) Gender
Where data is held, the number of fines issued during each period, broken down by gender.
The closest information held in relation to gender is the title which states, “Mr, Miss, Mrs” but this is only for some penalty charges notices and is therefore this information is only partially held by the Council. This information has been provided where held.
6) Repeat fines
Where available, the number of individuals who received more than one driving or parking fine within the same period.
For 2024 there we 12,012 vehicle registration marks with more than 1 penalty charge notice issued.
For 2025 there we 12,911 vehicle registration marks with more than 1 penalty charge notice issued.
7) Seasonal trends
Monthly totals for driving and parking fines during each period, to identify any seasonal patterns.
