1. Please provide the end date for the current contract which provides the parking enforcement software (PCN issue and processing) and the software to issue parking permits to the Devon County Council (DCC).
The contract was re-awarded in April 2021 on a 2 year, + 1 + 1 basis. DCC intends to exercise the second + 1 option in April 2024 to extend the current contract to April 2025.
2. Please also provide the date for issuing a new Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the services.
At the time of this request, the procurement team are unable to confirm an exact date when a new ITT will be published.
