We are seeking information from you regarding how you split the services that we cover in our Operational Support Service (OSS), between the various areas of your Local Authority (Adults, Finance, Legal etc). We would like to understand further:
– Where the team(s) covering our OSS functionalities sit in your organisational structure;
– How many staff are assigned to complete the function;
– The grade of the staff completing the function;
– A structure chart of the responsible team to show the detail;
– Any standards you have in place to keep the person / family informed of their case; and
– Who authorises the decisions associated with the functions (e.g. role, department, directorate).
