Q1. What type of maintenance management model does your organisation use? E.g. Managed supply-chain, single hard-fm & soft-fm contractor, internal workforce, principal contractor etc.
The majority of the estate is covered by a managed supply-chain type arrangements with specific contracts covering the servicing and maintenance of key electrical and mechanical plant and grounds maintenance which are supported by a Framework arrangement for day to day building repairs. A number of key sites are covered by a single Facilities Management provider.
