I would like to understand why the only data point chosen was June 2023, as summer time is not usually a time when people enrol in adult education, when there are so many other calls on their time (holidays, etc). Do you have any comparative data for June in previous years?
As seen above, the data relates to a full-year basis and not a set-point in June. Courses start throughout the year and learners can join these courses throughout the year when they are promoted.
