I would like to ask for any information relating to the following school – Ko Hsuan (Chawleigh, Chulmleigh, Devon, EX18 7EX) it ran between 1988 – 2002.
1) I would like to see any reports written about the school in particular any reports over safe guarding concerns.
2) I would also like to see the equivalent of Ofsted reports that would have been conducted during this period by the local education authority.
3) Any correspondence between the local authority and the local MP at the time Mr Anthony Speller regarding the school, according to Hansard he had asked questions in February 1992 so I assume he had taken an interest in the school.
Devon County Council does not hold any information about Ko Hsuan School. It was an independent school and has no connection to Devon County Council.
