Devon County Council have not received any Section 81 notices for South Street, Exmouth, but we have received a third party report for South Street, Exmouth. The local Enforcement Officer attended site on 07/11/2023 and issued a defect. This was for surface crowning and loose material on a CATV cover on South Street, Exmouth, which was installed by Nexfibre Networks Ltd. These works were completed on 27/10/2023. Nexfibre then undertook remedial works for the defect on the 15/02/2024.
