I would like to request the following information regarding the June 20th HATOC meeting on the Whipton and Heavitree Active Streets Scheme;
(a) The results of the vote on whether to implement the scheme; names of each member and how they voted
All members present voted in support, except for three abstentions.
In line with standing orders, how an individual member votes on a matter is only recorded in the minutes if they ask for that to be the case. The minutes are the formal record of the decision. However, the Clerk recorded in their notes that Cllrs Asvachin, Prowse and Leadbetter abstained. Cllr Hannaford had submitted apologies for the meeting, so was not in attendance.
(b) the addresses of all members who voted on the scheme OR the street name and postcode if unwilling to disclose the full address.
