Maintenance Contractors can be obtained by visiting the Devon County Council (DCC) Contract register (Contracts Register) and using the narrow results and search facility to locate highway maintenance contracts. This will give you the details of the contract and the winning supplier.
DCC does not hold information on subcontractors. This is held by contractors.
5. What plant machinery is used in your highways maintenance, both yours and your contractors / rental partners?

6. What measurement criteria is used to assess the contractor’s performance? How have they performed over a 12 month period?
A set of contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are used to assess performance.
In the last year period (April 23 to March 2024), the cumulative performance of all KPI’s measures for the Term Maintenance Contract have met or exceeded the agree performance targets.
