Heavitree and Whipton LTN Consultation

1) I am requesting the anonymised responses to the Heavitree and Whipton Active Streets Trial consultation that closed 8th May 2024.

Further on this consultation:

2) How many people (not responses!) were supportive / non-supportive? Was there a change in the ratio over time? If people submitted multiple responses, were there instances in which their opinion changed?

3) Have you categorised the concerns raised and suggestions made? What are those categories?

In response to all of the questions, this is included in the report: Active Streets Heavitree and Whipton Trial Scheme Update.pdf (devon.gov.uk)

The report includes the number of responses and a consideration of multiple responses received from individuals. It also includes analysis of the themes raised.

In specific response to question 1, disclosure of the specific responses would potentially identify the individuals concerned and would therefore risk disclosing their personal data. This information is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Personal Data). The Council cannot disclose personal information if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018. In this instance release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore the information is withheld
