Please provide a breakdown of each of category ie Under engagement you would list AT leaflet design/ leaflet print cost/ leaflet postage cost, etc. and name the suppliers (inhouse or outsourced) and providers. Please confirm the budget for ‘monitoring £17,000’ includes the additional air quality monitors placed on the arterial/ boundary roads and if not please state clearly the additional cost to this budget. If it fall under an additional budget/ department please indicate where and who is responsible.
The total budget for the Heavitree and Whipton Active Streets Trial is £190,000 and the total spend to date, as of 31 December 2023, is £151,590.51. The monitoring budget will include the installation of air quality monitors totalling £9,800. However, this has not yet been paid and therefore is not included in the below table.
