2. What was the post holder title of the person consulted in each setting?

For Ladysmith Federation, St Michael’s Church of England Primary Academy and Whipton Barton Federation, it was the Headteacher for each school. For Heavitree Health Centre, it was the practice manager for each of the practices based at the centre. Other organisations were sent letters which were addressed to the organisation in general rather than specific individuals.

3. Please provide dates of any discussions

A meeting was held with the practice managers at the Heavitree Health Centre during the week commencing 5th June. Meetings were held with two of the schools w/c 3rd July and the third school the following week (w/c 10th July).

4. By what means were these discussions made?

The meeting with the practice managers at Heavitree Health Centre were held in person. The first two schools were consulted through in-person meetings at the schools, and the third school discussion was via Microsoft Teams.

5. Were any concerns or issues raised?

Yes

6. If so, what were they?

Practice managers at the Heavitree Health Centre raised concerns about impacts on GPs making home visits, volunteer drivers bringing patients to the Health Centre, and patients travelling to the Health Centre by car or bus.
