 1. Has Hay House been provided with funding specifically relating to the COVID-19 pandemic?

This specific information is exempt from disclosure under S43(2) Freedom of Information Act, as it may prejudice a commercial interest. However, each care home in Devon has been able to access funding from the Infection Control Grant – which is monies passed down to the independent sector from the department of health and social care via local authorities. Infection Control Grant  describes the grant conditions and details how providers can spend the funding and reporting requirements

 2. If so please provide details of amounts paid and the dates on which these payments were made

PPE has been provided to care homes direct via PPE Portal

7. If Hay House does not utilise all of the funding provided are they required to repay it to Devon County Council?
