The Devon Service Term contract Lot 2 covers electrical maintenance. This contract commenced 1st April 2024 and is to end 31st March 2028 with an option to extend for a further 4 years. We anticipate retendering few months before the expiry of the contract
The Devon Maintenance Panel Agreement Framework Lot 8 covers PAT Testing. This framework agreement commenced 1st July 2024 and is to end 30th June 2028 with an option to extend for a further 4 years. We anticipate retendering the framework few months before the expiry of the framework.

This is covered under the Devon Services Term Contract Lot 1. This contract commenced 1st April 2024 and is to end 31st March 2028 with an option to extend for a further 4 years. We anticipate retendering few months before the expiry of the contract.

5. When do you anticipate retendering for property and void repairs?
Devon County Council (DCC) manages a Standing List of Approved Contractors (SLoAC) for various maintenance and building operations. The current list expires on March 31st, 2025. We are currently out to tender for the replacement, with the application closing date set for 12 noon on February 28th, 2025.
We anticipate the new list will commence on April 14th, 2025, and it will be reopened annually for suppliers to join. DCC prepares an annual maintenance plan, and contractors are selected from the approved lists and invited to tender according to the required work activity
In addition to this there is a “Devon maintenance panel agreement” which is a framework agreement for minor reactive maintenance using approved contractors and agreed contract rates. This framework agreement commenced 1st July 2024 and is to end 30th June 2028 with an option to extend for a further 4 years. We anticipate retendering few months before the expiry of the framework
