Yes.

The estimated costs between 2020 and 2030 (11 years) to reduce emissions to net-zero are £15.1m capital and £6.7m revenue. These are described in the Carbon Reduction Plan.
5. Can your council access enough funding to be able to deliver your emission reduction ambitions?
Funding to support our emissions reduction ambitions will need to be considered as part of the councils overall financial planning on a rolling basis, meeting these ambitions remains a strategic priority.
