I would like to know the number of potholes which have been reported and the number of potholes which have been fixed. I would also like to know how much money has been spent on fixing potholes.
I would like this information split by the following years:

* 2020.
* 2021.
* 2022.
* 2023 (as up-to-date as you can provide).
