2. How many people’s care has been changed as a result of this policy?
Devon County Council (DCC) do not hold this information. The policy is applied at the point of considering how to meet care and support needs. DCC do not have a programme of work to either review people against this policy when it was implemented and move people from independent living to a residential care home, or to compare an outcome applying this policy with an outcome applying its predecessor.
