Re: Planning Ref 10/01424/MAJ – S106 Transport Contributions
Under the terms of the S106 Agreement signed by Devon County Council on 4th October 2010, as well as the Deeds of Variation (3rd July 2012 and 26th April 2013), the County Council were the recipient of £210,000 in Transport Contributions. A Freedom of Information response from Teignbridge Council (Ref 15122) confirms the County Council received these contributions.
Please provide a full breakdown of expenditure from these contributions from April 2016 to March 2021.
Please see this document, which includes the initial contract letter for the new local bus service from May 2015 (which the Section 106 contributions related to) as well as letters sent when the payment was altered; either through inflation or contract alterations for the subsequent years whilst the Section 106 grant was being spent. Please note, no inflation was awarded in 2016, which is why there was no letter issued in this year. As the letters indicate, the second line is the sum that was being paid out of this funding per annum.
The Section 106 contribution ended on 14th May 2020 after which it was fully paid out of the County Council’s Bus Subsidies budget.
