No specific criteria it is a process of assessment/intervention. Provision is based on individual assessment of need, Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) assessment, review of current provision, consideration of alternative strategies, smaller items before issue and Young Person (YP)/Family views.
6. Is there are a waiting list for an enclosed bed? If so, how long is the average waiting period?
There is no waiting list for equipment provision, it is down to availability of equipment from the manufacturer.
