1. Number of hours of Education Health Care Plans (EHCP) Occupational Therapy (OT) provision commissioned annually
DCC have one arrangement in place which commissions staffing requirements for delivery of OT provision in educational settings.
Staffing requirements included within the arrangement are as follows:-
- 1x Band 7 Occupational Therapist (0.8 FTE, 4 days per week).
- 2xBand 6 Occupational Therapists (0.6FTE, totally 6 days per week).
DCC have another arrangement in place with Devon NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB) for children and young people who require social care Occupational Therapy (OT) provision and intervention. This includes minor or major adaptations to homes.
Of these contracted arrangements above neither include a specific volume of hours of provision to be provided annually.
Over and above these arrangements 0-25 SEN team have commissioned 54 hours per annum of occupational therapy provision.
