To obtain this information would therefore require manually checking 1774 closure forms which, at 5 minutes, would take an estimated time of almost 148 hours.  This is in excess of the appropriate time limit of 18 hours.  This information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
