Under the provisions of freedom of information legislation, i request copies of all documents concerning work carried out around the year 2019 (the exact date unknown) to replace the drain under the road adjacent to the gateway of Beech Hayes, Clayhidon.
These documents should include the initial survey report, the work specification and the job sheet for the work carried out.
Please note the only Beech Hayes Clayhidon that we could find has a post code of EX15 3PJ and this is situated on the C262 – Road from Bridgehouse Cross to Lillycombe Farm.
