I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information with regard to the Domestic Abuse Local Partnership Board that you have been required to create:
1. The name and contact details of the Lead Officer responsible for the management and convening of the Board.
Please see this response to a previous request for information.
2. The Membership of the Board including the name of the organisation they represent.
This table shows the organisations which make up the membership of the Board.
Names which are publicly available are included, however, all other individual names have not been released. We consider this information is exempt under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act (Personal Data).
Devon County Council recognises that there is a public interest in openness and transparency. however, we are not obliged to provide information that is the personal information of another person if releasing would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018.
In this instance we believe that the release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore section 40(2) is applied.
3. The Chair of the Board including the name of the organisation they represent.
