Cycle Path Turf Hotel

I would like to know of any communication made with Devon County Council/Devon Highways regarding accidents and poor speed bump markings on the cycle path from Turf Locks towards the swing bridge from January 2019 until June 2022. In terms of communication I am referring to emails, phone calls (which I hope are logged), letters and any other means of communication from people who have had accidents, witnessed accidents or are concerned members of the public about the condition of the cycle path.

The information we hold with regards to this can be found at the following links:

Information that is greyed out is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Personal Data).

The Council cannot disclose personal information if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the UK General Data Protection Regulation. In this instance release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore the information is withheld.

The reports provided above include all the emails and letters received and recorded on our highways system, together with phone calls received and processed through the Customer Service Centre. Any calls to the Control Centre reporting a highway defect would have resulted in a record being raised on the highways system.

For the 15th April 2022, the Control Centre has no records of any calls relating to accidents on this cycle path on that day.
