Which district councils are part of the South Devon Waste Partnership?

The South West Devon Waste Partnership (SWDWP) is a collaboration between Plymouth City Council, Devon County Council and Torbay Council. For the Devon County Council area, waste is collected from/delivered in from the District Council areas of West Devon, Teignbridge and South Hams.
