Please can I have an electronic copy of any email correspondence sent from Councillor Daniel Barnes’ Devon county council email address to any members of the Exeter Highways and Traffic Order committee between the dates of 19th June 2023 and 26th June 2023.
I would also like copies of all email correspondence received by Councillor Daniel Barnes’ Devon county council email address from any members of the Exeter Highways and Traffic Order committee between the dates of 19th June 2023 and 26th June 2023.

This has been interpreted to refer to correspondence which concerns issues which relate to the Exeter Highways and Traffic Order committee.
However, most of the correspondence which has been received by Councillor Barnes and then considered by other members of the committee has been from individual members of the public. This correspondence cannot be disclosed as it is identifiable and is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
